Hey guys, since we added the blog, we figured the first thing we need to do, is to thank you, the alpha testers. You guys literally saved the site from being dead on arrival. I still shudder, every time I think of what the original design looked like.
First, we’d like to thank the 111 of you who bothered to ask/answer questions. THANK YOU! You guys tested the core functionality of the site and helped us catch a TON of bugs.
Second, we’d like to thank the authors of the 260 comments and the 147 emails, who gave us advice on improving the look of the site. Without you, it would probably still look like the old version. <shudder>
And finally, we’d like to thank the 1,045 of you who came to the site, during the 2 week period.
I probably thanked a number of you 3 times, but you guys deserve it.
So what happens next? The next step, is to open this site up to the public.
The official launch date is Wednesday, November 18th. That’s only TWO days away. We are very excited about the launch and are hoping for the same level of response that we received from you guys.
After all, as a wise man once said, if the only thing your users complain about, is your design, you are doing something right. And since everyone loved the idea, we think we are on the right track!
So once again, thanks for all your help, we couldn’t have done it without you!
